Refund Policy

Important notice
Due to the nature of digital enterprise software licensing and immediate access to proprietary AI services, all sales are final once software access has been activated. Refunds, reimbursements, and chargebacks are not permitted following activation of any paid subscription or enterprise license.
1. Billing
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
2. Cancelling future renewals
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time from within their workspace or by contacting their account team.
3. Refunds after software access
Refunds are not provided once software access has been granted.
4. Post-activation refunds
Refunds are not permitted after account activation.
5. Chargebacks
Chargebacks made after software activation constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate suspension of the account and legal action to recover amounts owed.
6. Enterprise implementations and services
Custom enterprise implementations, integrations, and consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Free trials
Free trials (if offered) must be cancelled before conversion into paid subscriptions. Failure to cancel before conversion results in a valid, non-refundable charge.
8. Partial-month refunds
Subscription cancellations do not entitle customers to partial-month refunds.
